Snagging is the last walk for defects the owner will see. Go room by room, write the defect and the location, name the trade, and recheck the lines you marked done.
Finish the room you are in before you move. A snag list written as a single paragraph cannot be handed to a trade.
Each line needs where it is, what is wrong, and who closes it. Add a photo in the app when you want the proof on that line.
Marking a line done in the morning does not mean it is done at handoff. Walk the closed lines again and leave the open ones on the list.
